They say where you’re from says a lot about who you are. And most Single Malts are from the middle of nowhere. Us? We’re different. We were forged in the fires of The Industrial Revolution and the Glaswegian sweat of our forefathers. We’ve taken the sweat out now. But boy do we still have the spirit. We’re part of the city. And the city is part of us. We play hard. And we work even harder. We’re not triple distilled because it’s tradition. But because that’s what it takes to create a delicate flavour unlike any other. Smooth, yet gutsy. Approachable yet deep. Open to newcomers and old friends alike. Just like where we’re from.
Wine Enthusiast Review
The name of this whisky is a nod to how it’s matured in three different casks: American Bourbon, Spanish oloroso and Pedro Ximenez Sherry. It’s robust, with a deep amber hue and rich caramel scent. The flavor profile shows toffee, campfire smoke and a mouthwatering butterscotch note on the exhale. It almost reads like a peated Bourbon.
