Dylan’s Wine Cellar respects each individual user’s rights to privacy and we are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not collect personal identifying information unless such information is specifically and knowingly provided by the users during site registration. Dylan’s Wine Cellar is the sole owner of the information collected and we use this information for the sole purpose of serving you through dylanswinecellar.com and processing any orders you place. We do not sell any information from our users to any third party. All information is securely stored on our site for our user’s to conveniently use all services it provides. 

Security Policy

The security of your personal information is very important to Dylan’s Wine Cellar. All of the personal information you provide when registering or placing an order is encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software and we use the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. The software encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card numbers, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet. Customers who choose to store their credit card details for convenient shopping can be assured their information is safe. 

Shipping Policy

If you would like an order shipped we will contract a third party, (UPS) on your behalf to ship your order. Once your order is picked up from our location by the third party we are no longer responsible for the content of your order. In the event your order is damaged or lost we will work with the third party on your behalf to recover the value of your order however, it is the third party that determines if any value can be recovered. All shipping orders MUST BE SIGNED FOR BY SOMEONE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. Normal ground shipping is selected for all orders. If your order is time sensitive, please add a note to your order and we can provide other shipping options to meet your needs. 

Due to restrictive regulations we can only ship to the following states. 

Alaska, California, Idaho, Louisiana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, Virginia, Washington D.C., West Virginia, and Wyoming.

Return Policy

We will be happy to accept unopened, spirits for a full refund of the cost paid at the time of purchase. Due to the special handling of wines and the possibilities of damaged caused to wine from certain elements, heat, light, extreme temperature changes etc. all sales of wine are final and they may not be returned for a refund, credit or exchange. 

However, Dylan’s Wine Cellar stands behind all of our wines we sell. We will gladly exchange any defective wine for the value based upon the original purchased price. We ask that any defective wine be returned with 30 days so we can evaluate the wine prior to exchange.
