The Passerina varietal is indigenous to the Mache region and is known for its elegance and floral aromas. Produced from 50+ year old vines, biodynamically farmed and aged for 2 months in concrete vats. Aromas of apricot, bruised apple, orange blossom opens up to a palate with notes of sweet apricot and peach.
