The Black Dirt Applejack is made from New York apples and aged for a minimum of four years in new charred American oak barrels. Both the nose and palate offer pronounce notes of fresh, sweet apples accompanied by subtle notes of caramel, cinnamon and honey. The lingering finish is accentuated by hints of oak and baking spice.
