Made from the Melon de Bourgogne grape variety (aka Muscadet) this white is made with sustainable agricultural methods. Aged on it’s lees (dead yeast cells left after fermentation) for 6 months gives the wine structure. You’ll find aromas of white blossom along with flavors of citrus and exotic fruits that lead to a soft and crisp finish. Light-bodied with loads of minerals and acidity on the palate. Super fresh and zesty.
