The grapes are hand-harvested and fermented spontaneously with skin contact for 18 days in stainless steel vats. A clean palate that has wonderful citrus peel, stone fruit notes, herbs and heaps of exotic fruit flavors. Soft, integrated tannins lead to a fun finish.
