100% Malbec, zero/zero. The grapes are handpicked, de-stemmed, gently crushed and briefly macerated. Fermented with wild yeasts and rested in stainless steel tanks. Unfined, unfiltered, no SO2. A bright, fruity red that is worthy of a chill.
