La Patience Rouge is a light red wine made by Domaine de la Patience from estate-grown, organic vineyards. The grapes undergo a short spontaneous fermentation. The wine is bottled a few months after harvest after a light filtration. Crunchy Carignan and fruity Syrah notes make for a truly chuggable red!
