Corte Figaretto is a family-run farm in the heart of Valpantena, a valley just north of Verona. Ripasso is the process of taking the crushed grapes used to produced Amarone wine and use them for a second fermentation to make a Ripasso wine. This creates a rich style of a red that has notes of dried black fruit and spice.
