The Saperavi is an ancient grape varietal that can be found in almost every vineyard in the Kakheti region. Spontaneous fermentation with natural yeast and aging takes place in traditional Kvevri under ground. Fresh, stewed black berry fruit on the nose with an earthy palate of notes of forest floor and espresso.
