Wild botanicals are picked from the mountains surrounding the distillery in Wicklow, Ireland. Fresh picked, within hours are added to the still to slowly start distilling. Tasting Glendalough Wild Botanical Gin is like rolling around in the woods. Floral, pine needles, and juniper jump from the nose with an oily and soft palate of orris root and bitter citrus.
