Il Colombaio is a historic Tuscan property in the province of Siena. The vineyard sits on 15 hectares and is organically farmed. 100% Sangiovese grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks and the wine is aged for 6 months in bottle before being released. Delicate aromas of sour black cherries and violets greet the nose with a medium-bodied palate that is smooth and balanced with great acidity and red berry fruit notes.
