Barrel fermented as well as sur lie aging in 20% new French oak, both contribute to the wines creamy texture. The bouquet has aromas of lemon zest, fresh stone fruit and meringue. Flavors of ripe white peach, sweet lemon curd and hints of coconut emerge on the palate and linger through a refreshing finish.
