Organically farmed grapes are hand harvested, wild fermentation in neutral barrels with 48 days of skin maceration. A blend of Laski Riesling, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon Blanc. Cloudy and amber, aromas of nutmeg, cinnamon and orange peel, but the palate is totally dry with a tannic structure and a soft texture on the finish.
