Made from Pinot Nero grapes from a single vintage, vinified separately and left ageing on their own lees for at least 36 months, hence the word “millesimato” in the La Valle cellar in the heart of the Franciacorta wine region, and then blended. The result is an elegant Franciacorta Rose’, complex and rich, balanced, to be drunk as an aperitif with canapés or important fish dishes, such as salmon or trout.
