Pais is the Gamay-like grape of Chile. Organically farmed with no irrigated and all fruit is hand harvested. Half of the bunches are left whole and carbonically macerated, minimal sulfur added, no filtration. Easy-drinking with a nose of fresh blueberry and cherry aromas. Light body with juicy red fruit and a tannic finish.
