Marchese Luca Spinola is a super small farm winery in Gavi that produces outstanding whites from the native Cortese grape. This Pet Nat is produced from 100% estate, organically grown Cortese grapes. Fermented withnative yeast in stainless steel vats yields a cloudy white that is lightly sparkling. A complex bouquet of floral and citrus notes open to a lean and crisp palate of lemon peel, honey and bitter citrus fruit.
