Produced from 40-60 year old Carignan vines, dry-farmed, fermented with native yeast, and aged in concrete vats. A pure rendition of Carignan, bright red fruit like cranberry, strawberry, and raspberry alongside hints of anise and wild herbs. Super pleasing on the dry and fresh palate.
