Fred Peterson and his son Jamie produce craft wines in small quantities with the philosophy of zero manipulation during the winemaking process. This is Peterson’s most terroir driven wine, from a small plot on Bradford Mountain in Dry Creek. Threads of minerality and spice weave though layered aromas of dark fruit, forest floor, and oak notes. A smooth entry reveals luscious flavors of black currant, blackberry, and dark cherry edged with mocha and chocolate. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
