The Babic varietal is an indigenous red grape grown mostly in Dalmatia. Organically farmed grapes are hand harvested with spontaneous fermentation, 10 days skin contact, and minimal sulfur added. Aromas of ripe dark fruit, particularly blackberries, blueberries, plums, and figs,accompanied by the typical earthiness of the Babić grape.
