The rich amber hue of Pimm’s No. 1 comes from infusing lots of lovely gin with herbal botanicals, caramelized orange and delicate spices. First created in 1859 by the English oyster bar owner James Pimm (and still a secret recipe to this day), this is the basis of the famous Pimm’s Cup cocktail.
