Old Tom was the Gin for mixing pre-prohibition classic cocktails. Its subtle maltiness,combined with botanicals that include juniper berry, orange peel, and coriander seeds to name a few. It’s then aged for 6-12 months in French oak barrels. Aromas of juniper berries with notes of cardamom and angelica. Rich and silky punctuated by citrus zest carrying a clean, focused botanicals finish.
