Description

Bull’s Head is a small-batch wheated bourbon that is both exceptionally smooth and has a unique depth of character. Named after the landmark Bull’s Head Tavern, where Washington took his troops to toast their final victory before marching into Manhattan, this bourbon is a celebration of independence of spirit.

Bull’s Head Bourbon is distilled in the Hudson Valley from 100% NY ingredients and then aged for 5 Years in 53 gallon Independent Stave Company Cooper’s Select Oak Barrels.

The mash bill for this distinctive wheated bourbon is 70% corn, 20% wheat, and 5% malted barley, distilled in the Newburgh, NY from 100% New York grains. It is aged for 5 years in 53 gallon oak barrels. Smooth and luscious, with toasted corn, caramel, and spice notes with a super smooth palate.
