Buonora is Tenuta Tascante’s white wine from their estate vineyard on the eastern side of Mount Etna. Shallow volcanic soil with heavy amounts of stone make up the soil composition. The wine shows soft minerals and lots of white peach flavors with subtle notes of wet stone and chalk during the fresh finish.
