The wine is clean, delicate, and dry with pretty floral and citrus-driven aromatics and flavors. It has a touch of earth and stone fruit that peek through on the palate. One month of skincontact and three months of aging in amphora. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, with a tiny bit of SO2 at bottling.
