A fruit-forward nose displays notes of cherry, herbs and faintly cider-like aromas, with a high-toned expression. Dry and refreshing, the cleansing palate lingers long, with a fairly aqueous mouthfeel – a tastefully done, geeky wine. Only 250 cases produced.
