Organic Viognier and Chardonnay grapes are sourced from two vineyard sites in northern California. A short skin contact of 4-10 days, fermented in stainless steel and bottled without filtration with no added sulfur. A substantial wine with firm tannins and notes of citrus peel, white flowers, and passionfruit.
